The heart of Vault is its password library. Store an unlimited number of logins — websites, banking, email, work systems — each with a username, password, website link and category. Entries are organised into Personal and Work categories out of the box, and you can create your own categories to match how you think.

Weak and reused passwords are how most accounts get broken into. Vault’s built-in generator creates long, random passwords you never have to remember — because Vault remembers them for you.

• Adjustable length — drag a slider or type an exact length to match any website’s rules.
• Full character control — toggle uppercase, lowercase, digits and symbols independently.
• Exclude ambiguous characters — optionally skip look-alikes (I, l, O, 0) for passwords you may need to type by hand.
• Regenerate & copy — not happy with a result? Regenerate instantly, then copy straight into any signup form.

Wi-Fi passwords, ID numbers, licence keys, banking details, that one recovery code — most people keep these in plain-text notes apps or chat messages to themselves. Vault gives them the same encryption as your passwords, with a proper writing experience.

• Desktop reminders — get a Windows notification when a task is due. Vault keeps running quietly in the system tray, so reminders fire even when the window is closed.
• Repeat schedules — set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly for bills and routines.
• Calendar export — send any task to Google Calendar, Outlook, or download an .ics file for Samsung, Apple and other calendar apps.

Vault is offline-first: your encrypted vault lives on your own Windows PC, not on our servers. There is no account with us, nothing for us to host and nothing for anyone to breach on our side. We couldn’t read your vault if we wanted to — we never have it.
